Blue Anew's specific objectives include: * combining strategies articulated under various initiatives in teaching and learning that can transform learners

of all ages into problem-solvers armed with skills to tackle the complexity of challenges in supporting blue sustainability via a multi-disciplinary approach to learning* transform teachers, instructors and trainers into learning facilitators, mentors and coaches to replace the centuries-old tradition of an educator’s role as imparting pre-determined content of disciplinary-specific knowledge within a siloed classroom* support ongoing professional development of teaching faculty via a Community of Practice around the United Nations Global Sustainability Goals (SDGs) to: - understand the inter-related nature of the Global Goals and inter-connectedness of addressing the various challenges related both directly and indirectly to the SDGs.....promote membership in a virtual community where educators utilizing the program in both formal (public and private schools) and non-formal (training programming in public and private setting) learning
environments can network with each other and establish connections

between learners in diverse settings a for peer learning, share (and

contribute) resources that will enhance the learning process around
the SDGs and other initiatives that promote sustainability, digitalization

and resilience.
